At Fit2Run, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your fitness journey, which is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all performance footwear and apparel. If your new gear doesn't provide the perfect fit or feel, we are happy to facilitate a return or exchange to keep you moving.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unworn or trial-tested items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
